Waterloo Health Centre

Products from the UK’s leading manufacturer of fibre bonded carpet and carpet tiles, Heckmondwike FB were chosen for installation at a new state of the art health centre in Huddersfield.

The new look Waterloo Practice, which was built on the site of the existing practice was designed by architectural practice, One 17AD. To compliment the new environment, 17AD decided to combine three products from Heckmondwike FB. Montage was chosen for the main building, while Gympro and Dreadnought, which are both part of the Entrance Area range from the company, were chosen for the main entrance walkway of the practice.

Gympro and Dreadnought are both heavy contract carpets, which are designed to withstand high traffic levels. Due to their specification, they are popular where the high durability meets the high performance expectations in areas of heavy wear and tear. Montage is a product innovation from Heckmondwike FB, with a unique combination, which offers the durability of a fibre bonded carpet with the distinctive, textured aesthetics of a tufted carpet.
